Seat and Back Units
Seating and back units of the seats are made of polyurethane material in aluminum molds designed in accordance with human anatomy, in accordance with 50 + – 10% density and Mvss 302 fire standards. There is a durable inner frame made of metal profile inside the seat and back foam. Seating parts of the seats are manufactured as fixed.
Support Legs and Armrests
The leg connection parts of the seats are manufactured from 100 mm diameter and 2.5 mm wall thickness pipe, and the floor connection parts are made of at least 2 mm thick sheet metal, giving strength by molding. Armrests
are mounted on a metal frame, with plastic cup armrests resistant to impacts. Armrests will be fabric upholstered. The armrests between the seats that are made sequentially are used in common. The seats are fixed with one leg and suitable fasteners to the floor.
Fabric
The fabrics to be upholstered are 100% polyester, resistant to friction, non-flammable and colourfast. Friction Strength: 60,000 cycles. Weight: 285 gr / m2. Seat sponges of the seats
are manufactured with impact -resistant plastic covers, and back sponges are manufactured with a complete fabric upholstery.
