Seat and Back Units
Seating and back units of the seats are made of polyurethane material in aluminum molds designed in accordance with human anatomy, in accordance with 50 + – 10% densty and Mvss 302 fire standards. There is a durable inner frame made of metal profile inside the seat and back foam. The seats of the seats have a gravity-centered mechanism that allows them to close automatically.
Support Legs and Armrests
The legs of the seats are manufactured from box profile with the dimensions of 40 x 60 x 1.5 mm, the connection parts to the floor are made of at least 2 mm thick sheet metal, giving strength by forming with a mold. Armrest bottoms are made of MDF material and covered with laminated fabric. Impact resistant plastic cup armrests are mounted on the armrests. The armrests between the seats that are made sequentially are used in common. The seats are fixed on the floor with double-legged fittings.
Skin
The leathers to be upholstered are 80% polyurethane, 20% polyester, resistant to friction, non-flammable and colorfast. Friction Strength: min. 40,000 cycles. Weight: 550 gr / m2. Seat and back sponges of the seats are manufactured with leather upholstered completely with the specified leather.
