Seat and Back Units
Seating and back units of the seats are made of polyurethane material in aluminum molds designed in accordance with human anatomy, in accordance with 50 + – 10% densty and Mvss 302 fire standards. There is a durable inner frame made of metal profile inside the seat and back foam. Seating parts of the seats are manufactured as fixed.
Support Legs and Armrests
The leg connection parts of the seats are manufactured from 100 mm diameter and 2.5 mm wall thickness pipe, and the floor connection parts are made of at least 2 mm thick sheet metal, giving strength by molding. Armrests
are covered with Mdf material over metal skeleton and covered with laminated artificial leather. Polished wooden armrest made of beech material and a concealable wooden writing pad are mounted on the armrests. The armrests between the seats that are made sequentially are used in common. The seats
are fixed with one leg and suitable fasteners to the floor.
Skin
The leathers to be upholstered are 80% polyurethane, 20% polyester, resistant to friction, non-flammable and colorfast. Friction Strength: min. 40,000 cycles. Weight: 550 gr / m2. Seat and back sponges of the seats are manufactured with leather upholstered completely with the specified leather.
